Training for new alio customers is scheduled by a project manager assigned to your account. We provide a fully comprehensive training plan for the entire alio solution, but we can also customize a plan to fit your exact needs. This ensures your district will be up and running with alio in a timely manner. Consulting services are also available for customers who are live on alio. We realize that implementing new software is often overwhelming, particularly during the first year. We will evaluate your current alio setup and provide recommendations and training if necessary. For example, there may be additional functionality that would benefit your users. This may include features that you may not have wanted to implement that first year or new features that have recently been added to the alio product.
